    My response was to the initial question. As far as chest tubes in the field, outside of flight medics I haven’t seen that happen. When it comes to multiple 14 or 18g needles I’m fully aware of that. So relaxes o wise one.

    Thanks for your opinion/facts. Had know idea that I could be placed in a combat unit(sounds crazy) I was thing along the lines of hospital, clinic's, and M.A.S.H units then become a flight medic. Thanks again.

    First EKG V-tach with ST elevations. Solution ACLS Second EKG V-fib. Solution CPR, call coroner.

    BLS before ALS, occlusive dressing tape on three sides. If you notice tracheal deviation burp it. If that doesn’t work than go ALS.
