Never loved something I hate so much. We do it 2-3times a week. Calisthenics and high rep (20-30) dumbbell exercises followed by running. We also do a day a week of PT in full turnout gear with an SCBA on and run a tough obstacle course of firefighting events. (thank god its winter)

For what a toughbook cost, they are garbage. If they were $1,000 fine, but its a $3,000 laptop plus $1200 for a charging mount. It should be lightning fast for that price and it is slower than most old laptops loaded with programs.

EMS in most places of the US really offers no incentive for the ambitious to stick around. Mind you there are great companies out there but they are massively outweighed by bad ones.
