personally, The MDF (IMO) has better acoustics but the double head picks up road noise, hence why littman has a better sound with the single head.

I was thinking exactly the same thing. Hyponatremia will Probably present in ECG findings more likely than a seizure. Prolonged QT is one of the main findings for hyponatremia, whereas hypernatremia is a shortened QT.

I had always heard that dilaudid and propofol was a main cause of "amnesia" effects ... hence where the name "milk of amnesia" care from. ^_^

They've got a ton of extra shifts which is nice. The guy who interviews is pretty chill. Like I said, the paperwork is more of a burden than the interview IMO.

Wouldn't it be good because pain medications are known to cause hypoperistolsis and therefore would slow overall digestion and in turn slow any chance of further damage to the lower GI tract?

depends on the application: ECG interpretation - count the complexes as ventricular beats as they are technically Ventricular.... only premature. Field - use what you feel on a pulse to determine your rate if no ECG can be utilized as well.

No but they just hired a barrage of people so It might be tougher ti get on. try translife or med response, I've heard good reviews on both.
