I think that is silly to say we should not RSI based off of the fact that we cannot run/start infusions in the field. I know of one West Texas Dept. that does, with prop. The name? Mmmmmmmm, I do not remember, but it was mentioned somewheres on this site at one time.

We don't set up infusions in the field, but when we take a Hemorrhagic stroke downtown that is intubated from a smaller Hospital that does not have Neuro, we run an Infusion that the ER has started.
