    Patient Issue's

I know I'm gonna get in crap for this.. but it may have been because you are a volunteer, or were with a volley service. I've had that experience before, and it was because I was a volunteer. That being said, it could be anything. Thing is, you did the right thing. Gave O2, vitals, SAMPLE...

KED or backboard only to extricate from a vehicle?

Life over limb. If you have a critical patient who needs a heli or to get out of there ASAP, you wouldn't spend the time it takes to get the KED set up, do the straps up and then get em outta there. Question about Refusing Care

If the patient says "don't touch me" before I touch them, than I don't. I'll ask them if they are alright, if they know where they are, what happened, the date, and if they have been drinking. If they check out fine: A&O x3 / GCS:15 than I don't touch them. I explain what could/might happen by...

    PAD/CPR at vacation resort

You gotta remember a lot of people couldn't care all that much about spending thousands on equipment to save peoples lives.. unfortunately it seems to be a low priority for a lot of businesses like that.
