ok..... this was the only episode of snycope in the last two weeks? How about pupils? What is her normal BP? does she take her medications as directed? any abdominal pain? now or recently? is there shortness of breath while lying down or only at exertion? Any aches and pain that are...

Anemia is the first thing that comes to mind. Blood found in stool, but nothing found in lower track, possible slow upper GI bleed? Skin turger? Possible dehydration? Any other medications being taken? ( other than the hypertention )

Does morphine drop the blood pressure as much as they say in the text books? All my preceptors look at me funny when I prefer fentanyl over morphine. And they say morphine is not a "BP dropper" as the books says it is. Just wondering

I have only seen true crushing triad once so far. and the pt was about 8 GCS.

Are you asking about testing for basic? Think mine took a week or two. My teacher set the class up to take the test so I don't really remember all that clearly. Congrats on passing the practicals. Good luck on the written.
