    Massive MCI at Astroworld

I mean I’m not sure if I would have driven into the crowd that was crowd crushing people to literal death without a full police escort I kind of applaud them for not just black tagging these people, most of which were minors, I’d personally hate to throw in the towel on kids but I also of...

    San Diego sheriff fentanyl overdose

This was my intent, just purely seeking deeper thought, as I’ve quite literally have never seen a reaction like what this cop had from opiates/synth opiates. I can see a rookie and large amounts of very powerful drugs causing heightened anxiety, that’s seems to be a totally reasonable reaction...

ah ok, I usually do 50mcg increments, most refuse or say they’re ok at 1 of 50mcg, sometimes they want more but it’s rare. but we have the standing order to push x1 100mcg with 2x50mcg after that totaling 200mcg. this leads me into another question, say you get this chest wall rigidity...

I assume with versed it’s possible to have...

Why are we still interpreting cardiac rhythms?

My favorite is that one road we all have in our areas that have nice rhythmic bumps, literally every time we are on said road the monitor reads vtach and freaks out alarms blaring. That is white philips monitors and we recently switched to zoll x/r series and same thing happens still.

You may be able to work for a dispatch center but there is no way if you’re limited to light duty essentially to work in the field.

I self educate, maybe I need to do more on vaccines, specifically on Covid. But I do seek out things I generally do not understand for simple self betterment or to...
