Best bet is to leave your sneakers there if you have a spare pair. makes the weight of your gear less. trust me you will know what I mean when U get your books.
Get there an hour early for tutoring class IT HELPS !! and get a spot with out worrying where to park.

If you take PM class you will have PT first thing means you shower there and then class. so make sure you bring a two razors, travel size shaving cream, body wash, wash cloth, towel, deodorant, shower slides. always have an extra set of clothes ( in case of emergency ( shorts t shirt underwear).
