Thank you all for the feedback. IMO I am a little ashamed of the nurses and the way they talk I understand time is of the essence but they don’t know what we’re seeing in the field and why we are telling them certain things they only know what we tell them so I guess it’s just how it has to be

At my clinical nurses were getting aggravated due to what they called “Unnecessary” information being given What bases do you cover on your radio report with an incoming patient?

How do learn to ask the right questions with time is it by observing your partner or ???

I like the connection and yes right out of high school into ems what would u stress as top 5 most inportant other than typical ABC

Am I expected to remember everything in the book or am I loosing my mind for nothing I’m a couple weeks until done with emt class and I’m freaking out

If you force air in while they are breathing can’t that be a problem as well

I understand how to do it on an unresponsive or unconscious patient but how does it go when they are semi conscious but are not producing an adequate rate volume or both it says first tell them what ur going to do then it says when they breath u breathe with them is it on inhalation or exhalation?
