Thank you all for the feedback. IMO I am a little ashamed of the nurses and the way they talk I understand time is of the essence but they don’t know what we’re seeing in the field and why we are telling them certain things they only know what we tell them so I guess it’s just how it has to be

What bases do you cover on your radio report with an incoming patient?
I understand how to do it on an unresponsive or unconscious patient but how does it go when they are semi conscious but are not producing an adequate rate volume or both it says first tell them what ur going to do then it says when they breath u breathe with them is it on inhalation or exhalation?
No I understand what to do but kids donT always comply like adults so what do you do to get them to let u take vitals and stuff tips or tricks do you make animals out of gloves stuff like that do you speak in a softer voice
