I am looking to relocate from NY once I finish Medic school. Two cities seemed appealing to me but i have trouble finding the averaging starting salary for Medics in either Houston or Sacramento. Anyone familiar with the pay scale for Paramedics in those states?

Hi i am scheduled to have my first EMT 12hr shift Clinical Rotation on an Ambulance in a few week. Is there any advice anyone can share such as things to take in consideration or focus on while on my ride-along. I honestly don't know what to expect. This will take place in Queens, NY.

As was told that most all New EMT's usually have to start off at a Transport company to get experiance before any 911 EMS will hire you. Transcare and Seniorcare are always hiring from what im told.
