    Airway Management for facial trauma

We were just using one Yaunkuer. About the french, now that I think about it, that is quite a good idea. Never popped into my head before. He was hemorrhaging so bad I don't know if a french would have been able to keep up, but I will remember this for future reference. Thanks!

    Airway Management for facial trauma

I do not know why my crew did not use a King. We just bagged him, it was hard enough to get an OPA in due to trying to maneuver around the bottom teeth to avoid a possible airway obstruction. 5.9 Magnitude Earthquake on the East Coast

No, we don't have any set plans or guidelines on something as specific as an earthquake. The closest thing we have to that is our MCI protocols/guidelines. We had alot of calls within the first 30 minutes/ hour after the quake. Structure fire, building collapse, multiple inside gas leaks. The...

Well.... We were dispatched the other day for an "Unconsious person." Before we arrived on scene we were notified it was "CPR in progress." Which, it wasn't. Turned out to be a woman who we had just transported the previous week due to "domestic violence." This time, she had had one too many...
