Since we are talking compensation, let me chime in. We do not pay ten times the going rate. The industry average pay for an EMT-B is $12-$14 per hour. The average Model EMT at Ambulnz makes 2-2 1/2 times that amount based on their performance (not 10 times). We have a few superstars that are...
