Yet another HEMS crash.
No loss of life, and the pilot is being credited for that. This one was an in flight emergency that could have ended in another RIP thread.

Seems like we've got an epidemic on our hands; as of today out of the top 7 threads in the EMS news 5 of them relate to a HEMS crash.
