First they insist upon buying automated VS monitors, some with printers we are told not to use, for between $1200 and $3000 each.
Now they won't pay for replacement probes. Costs too much. They won't acknowledge that thermometer porbes have a service life, and my coworkers stretch the short (cheaper) cables to the point of breaking the wires.

AND...and, they won't let us perform simple user repairs.
