I've just gone through all of the different usergroup membership permissions and adjusted them accordingly.
At this point, all members should be able to do the following:
To edit your signature, hover over your username in the upper right corner until the option box appears, then click Signature. There you will be given a text editor box for you to create your customized signature.
To change your avatar, hover of your username in the upper right corner until the option box appears, then click Avatar. You may now upload your avatar there.
To tag a user, simply enter the @ symbol, and then spell out the user's name. A suggestion box should appear as you begin typing. See the sample below:
To report a post that violates our rules, click on the Report button which will be in the bottom left hand corner of every post.
