Where to find Seminars in your state?

I am trying to find Seminars I can attend for CEU's in my state but am having no LUCK!!! I have tried to call my state EMS, and they just thought I was crazy!! So they said search the web! Well I have, still no luck. Is there a website that I can go to that has all the upcoming Seminars that I could search for by state???
