What are some companies or businesses that hire on-site/stand-by EMTs?

I've applied to every ambulance and every emergency department in my area, even a little outside of my area! To no avail. :sad: Does anyone know of any company, agency, business, etc. that hires EMTs? I need a job so bad!

Heather - Chabot College's fire site (chabotfire) has a jobs link. Also California's EMS Authority has a jobs announcements page. I'd post links, but don't have enough posts... These are easy to search.
