Is Tylenol 1 otc in the USA. Here in Canada I can get Tylenol 1 otc.
 
I know Tylenol#3 is NOT OTC, as far as Tylenol#1 or Tylenol#2, I have no clue. What is the different between the three if you don't mind me asking?
 
It's the amount of codeine in each tablet.

Tylenol 1 contains 8mg codeine
Tylenol 2 contains 15mg codeine
Tylenol 3 contains 30mg codeine
There is also Tylenol 4 which based on the previous 3 most likely carries twice the codeine of Tylenol 3.
 
No, it's not OTC. Any medication containing codeine is by Rx only in the US.

Although APAP up to 500mg per tablet IS OTC in the US.
