Trouble going to the bathroom

Hello,

I have someone on my contacts list on msn and he is from Pakistan. He lives off $150 US a month. He recently told me when he goes to the bathroom (poop) he was seeing blood. Someone from the states sent him something like $100 to see the doctor and the doc said it is due to him sitting in front of the computer to much.

Is this true? Is sitting in front a computer going to make your poop have blood?

He said also that the blood went away but the pain really hurts when he sits and walks. Not only before or after he poops but always.

The doc says he has "acute hemorrhoids (pile)"

I asked how much water he drinks and he says 1 glass because the water is not free. The free water is really dirty and is only useful for showers etc.

Is this because he is not getting enough water or because he is sitting in front of the computer alot?

I hope you guys can help since this man can't afford to go back to the doctor as it costs him almost a months savings.

Thankyou guys, also I wasn't sure what section this was to go in but I thought maybe some Paramedics would know.

why dont people understand that you should never seek medical advice online? it could be a lot of things but it sounds like a scam and hes hoping you will send money. cant afford water but canafford a computer, electricity and internet? i think not.

This guy I am telling you about wants no money...

He is a friend, I've known him for a while know. On msn recently he told me this was happeneing, he doesn't want a penny. I just thought I would make a post because I dont think the doctor is right, maybe he is. I just thought I'd get advice from some American Paramedics because I don't know how well trained they are in Pakistan.

And he can afford water, but only 1 glass a day, electricity and internet is much cheaper in the city he lives in then it is here.

Seriously, you want American Paramedics on an anonymous internet forum to out guess a doctor that has seen the patient?

Regardless of how many "guesses" you get, your friend will still need to see a doctor if the problem persists as well as following that doctor's orders if more care is required.
