This story was very much a freak accident, but as it seems to be making headlines overseas, so I thought I'd put it on here for you to have a read.

Just a foot note......the article said that the ambulance took an hour to reach the patient, as the local ambulance was on a job, as was the rescue chopper.
Sound familiar???
