Tennessee - How long before you are licensed?

In Tennessee you mail your check for your license before you take your registry, generally 14 days before. Then after you pass your registry you wait for it to arrive in the mail. Anyone know the appropriate time frame for this? I know Nashville suffered flooding, so I'd think it would take longer. I was told to call after a week, someone else said two weeks and I've heard three weeks. I passed my registry on the 10th and the gov website still says I'm pending in the system and unlicensed. I'm just curious how long it takes, I'm job hunting and pretty eager to have my license and get started. I just thought we paid the 150 early for a reason. And I don't want to call down there until I know I'm past the time frame of receiving it.
