Technology improvements over the past few years?

Hey all,

New to the forum, been reading a lot. Curiosity is getting the best of me, and I was wondering if there had been any technological advances in the past few years that have really made it easier or saved your butt.

In the cop world, they have TASERs, more advanced MDTs, GPS, etc...

Any huge improvements in the EMT world due to technology?

-Stryker stretchers are replacing the Stollerworks and Yorks
-MRx defibrillator/monitors are replacing the Lifepack 12s
-Ferno scoops are replacing our old metal ones
-12 lead ECGs
-Ketamine and zofran
-Combat action torniquets
