Taking the REMAC before you have a NY license

I am currently waiting on NY Department of Health to issue my paramedic license. Does anybody know if I can take the REMAC before I get a hold of my license. Or if there is a way to verify my licensure online so I don't have to wait for a physical copy to come in the mail?

You can not. Must be a ny state paramedic

I am assuming it takes the same time to issue your medic card as the basic one....it took damm near 8 weeks to get my card lol.....i hate nys lol
