Can anyone recommend a good study guide for flight, MICP and FPC certification?

None are available online.
Both Will Wingfield's "ACE Prep Guide" (Amazon.com ~$60) and Patterson's "Critical Care Patient Transport, Principles & Practice" (criticalcareconcepts.net) are excellent resources to prep for the FP-C and CCP-C exam.
The IAFP also has a study guide available. It provides a good overview of the exam, but I do not believe it has been updated in awhile.
I also have a wide variety of CCT resources I can share with you. PM me your email address and I'll send you some stuff.
