I just bought a littman for like 110$.. Are they good? Or just really overpriced lol.

Which one do you guys use ?

i have a cardiac 3 and love it. i can hear BP on kids really well. the faintest of wheezes and so on. i still think they are over priced but compared to the ones we have on our ambulance, its night and day (like hearing through cardboard)

Littman Cardiology 3 is what I use. They're worth the price.

Littman steths are usually seen as the gold standard for healthcare providers. However, many of the more expensive ones like the master cardiology are really for listening to heartsounds, which is unnecessary for an EMT-B. I honestly wouldn't spend that much money on equipment for my job, but if that's what you wanted than good for you.
