Hello everyone, Im starting my EMT-B classes in october, so excited!! I've been a CNA for the past 6 months and love working in the medical field. I have contacted the local fire department and I get to start working 1 day a week with them starting the begining of the year. Also I have contacted a local ambulance agency and get to start doing ride alongs with them toward the middle of the month. I have taken Medical Terminology and Psychology through our local community college. My goal is to eventually take the medic program through CWU, they require a minimum 1 year emt experience. If you have any other info that may help jump start my ems career I would greatly appreciate it.
