Our very own Chimpie owns/moderates/created both sites, I believe. If you take a look at Skywarn's site rules, etc, they are very similar to EMTLife's.

Actually, you are right. Matt (MMiz) owns this site, I own SkywarnOnline.com. The rules are similar because we help admin each other's boards.
