Second Twin Toddler Dies After House Fire
Full Story Here: http://www.wftv.com/news/19855856/detail.html
ORANGE COUNTY, Fla. -- Eyewitness News confirmed Thursday morning that an 18-month-old toddler who initially survived a fire that killed his twin brother has now passed away.

According to Captain Jimmy Ruthven of the State Fire Marshal’s Office, an oxygen generator was in the house, not an oxygen tank as previously reported. Investigators said there is no indication of a major explosion and the role of the oxygen generator in the fire is still unclear. The fire is being considered accidental at this time, but is still under investigation.

Very sad, poor babies. What's even sadder is reading the comments and listening to the reporter's version on the TV, one would be lead to believe that they had already declared the oxygen concentrator the source of the fire.

What's even sadder is the fact so many people live in one mobile home, it speaks volumes of the poor condition of our economy.

The concentrator is ran off of electric. It is possible like any other electrical device, too much could have been in one circuit. They could also have had a suction machine and apnea monitor plugged into it besides the usual household items.

There are a ton of electrical devices probably plugged into an electric outlet. Why mention the oxygen concentrator when it's unclear if that was the cause? Who is to say it wasn't the TV with a ton of TV accessories possibly plugged into the circuit that set it off? I think the concentrator was mentioned for pure shock value.

Sounds like it was caused by heating makeup.
