I work for a municipal ems system that is 20 years old and we are having our first retirement. We have no plans set for celebrating our co-workers retirement yet and are wondering if anyone has ideas for starting the traditions to go with an EMS retirement. We want to do this right as it is our first one and will set the mark for retirements in the future (we anticipate a number of them in the next few years). Thanks in advance for your help.
