Anyone else have technical issues with this software?
Crashing randomly
WiFi disconnects (always at the most inconvenient times)
Signatures and other data is lost.
Etc etc etc
Most recently we couldn't open up a patient's file. We had to manually enter in all the info in a seperate folder when all of a sudden it decides to let us open the file but all the other info we previously entered is lost. It's beyond aggravating. Especially when the file gets sent back by billing because something is missing when the fault lies in a technical issue but we look like the idiots regardless. Rescuenet does work for the most part. But it's instances like this that just aggravates me and everyone else to no end. I was just wondering if anyone else has any issues on this and it's not just me.
