Reciprocity from Puerto Rico to PA

I recently moved from puerto rico and want to cont my career as a paramedic but the state pa wont give me reciprocity
 
Are you nremt certified or eligible for it?
 
If they can't prove that your training meets the standards set forth in the states then most likely you will have to start from scratch
