Pro Med Ambulance Service in TN

I am looking for any information I can get on Pro Med in TN positive or negative. Trying to decide if I would like to apply with this company.

This is just a single thing Ive heard about them from several different ems providers.

Mainly Ive heard bad things about them.

What Region of the state do you live in?

If your in the Knox area, a decent company (not the best, but far from the worst) is Rural Metro.
 
I am in the Humphrey's County area. They are a 911 provider in that county. This county has always been known to have bad ems services. Pro Med is new to this area. I haven't heard any good about them but thought I maybe could get some other opinions.
 
well Promed is an IFS service, if your looking to actually use your skills youd be better off going to the county EMS. Pro Med pretty much just runs Dr Appointments, Nursinghome to Dailysis runs, ect ect.

At least thats what they are here. I dont know if they have the 911 contract any where but on this end of the state they are pretty much frowned on as a company. The people that work there are really great guys and girls. Ive met a few in passing and see my opinion of thier staff is Very Very High, but as a company some what poor.

When you say they have Humphrey's county EMS is been known what do you mean exactly? Slow responce times? or something worst?
