Here's the story(It's short):
Police: Suspect gave man CPR, took wife's purse
Man waited with woman while medics arrived for her husband, then took off with her purse and coat

TITUSVILLE, Fla.— Police in central Florida are questioning the motives of a man they say performed CPR on another man suffering a heart attack at a convenience store and then stole a purse from his wife.

Titusville police say the hero turned villain on Dec. 3 when he performed CPR on the man and even waited for paramedics to arrive. Authorities say he even comforted the man's wife with a hug, but took her purse and coat before she left for the hospital.

Come on Vene, you know that vultur...err, I mean hospital administrators are an important part of the "healthcare team"'.
 
Everyone pays for healthcare one way or another.
 
This is my neck of the woods. Never heard this side of the story.
Cops leaked survailance footage, said they wanted to give the guy an atta boy.
