Police Arrest Psych Patient Who Allegedly Attacked EMS Workers

NEW YORK (CBSNewYork/AP) — New York City police said a psychiatric patient attacked two emergency medical service workers in the back of an ambulance and then fled in a stolen car.

The incident started Sunday afternoon when 30-year-old Kenneth Ashley was being transferred from one hospital on Long Island to another.
