I challenge all responders here not to use anyone's name. Pretend they are family members and in the next room (which is what the internet can be like).

Since their faces are magnified terrifically on screen, it is painful to watch some entertainers' progress through the plastic surgery lifetyle. There are a few women, and a few men, it is painful to look at, like a bad note in a violin solo.

Do you think these folks are polysurgery addicts, or "suffer from a poor self-body image", or are there multiple causes for the same outcome? Once you start getting surgeries and then get older is it like trying to shave your sideburns level while you're drunk?

I had a great coworker whose face looked like the character "Odo" from "Deepspace Nine" due to her diligent pursuit of wrinkles with Botox after her divorce. She taught me that not all folks like that are narcissistic egomaniacs .

Any anecdotes?

PS: for every suboptimal or undetectable plastic surgery procedure, there is a surgeon willing to try the case. Lawyers "try cases", medical people "practice"...
