I'm taking a PHTLS class this weekend, making sure to purchase the text when I start as this program doesn't include a copy to keep. Studying my shock and trauma stuff before then, any other suggestions?

I just finished PHTLS today, the main thing is pay attention to the details that your instructor says, make sure that you study the book, hit your ABCDE's with whatever they give you as a scenario, and use common sense and you should be fine.
