Hey does anybody have any information about the ALS services in PA? I'm particularly interested in the Scranton area and can't find any real useful information. What service provides ALS in that area and do they only utilize the bare minimum medication list that is required to be considered ALS or do you have a pretty good sized drug box? I noticed that the statewide protocols only require about 15 meds to be considered ALS and that just seems like a ridiculously low amount to deliver high quality patient care.
