I have decided to pursue an associate degrees in nursing. I wanted to know about paramedic to RN programs along the east coast (specifically Delaware, Virginia, Maryland or Georgia). I found one at Georgia Highland college but I wanted to know others that are out there. I also wanted to know if anyone here has been through one of these programs and any advice for me as I start my research. I also saw some online programs but I'm hesitant about pursuing that course.

From what I have seen most medic to RN programs require a few years field experience. If you want to be a nurse why not jus to to nursing school?

Paramedic to RN bridge is nursing school. Most of the time its combined LVN / paramedic bridge. Its just a shorter option.

Im down south but I can tell you about online programs like excelsior if you'd like. I'd personally only do that as a last resort, as that program has no clincal time involved.

There have been SEVERAL threads on this recently with many responses if you search.

Excelsior is a great option for the right type of person.
