PA EMT-B Reinstatement/Reciprocity

My initial PA EMT-B certification was in 2003 and expired in 2006. I know, very dumb, however I was in the fire academy in a different state.

I gained reciprocity in Maryland in 2005 for the fire department and have maintained Maryland certification ever since.

Which is the best course of action, Reinstatement or Reciprocity? Or am I screwed and have to take National Registry?
