OC EMS - EMTB Scope

I'm trying to get my accreditation with OC EMS. I'm already licensed through EMSA and ICEMA, but from reading their website it appears that I would need to take a 5 hour class for their "expanded scope".

Does anyone know what that entails? I've searched their website for clarification, but have come up with nothing that really explains the difference.
 
Did you take your EMT class in orange county? If so it's included.
