Hello folks,

I'm preparing to take the certification test this august and I was wondering how much of the fema stuff i should remember for the exam. I didn't really go over the material in class, as it was just a bunch of online stuff.

How much of the material should i study?

im in MA, and we barely touched on it, and never saw a single question about it on my written. for the service im on i have to do FEMA 100 and 700. If I had to guess, the basics: branch vs. division, strike vs task force, officers vs deputies vs. chiefs, liason/planning/logistics/admin. Know who each reports to, what and what nots to do, what each of these are for, and I cant imagine youll have any trouble.

As i said, im in MA and didnt see a single ICS question on my Basic state written. NR may require ICS understanding too, dont know though, MA is switching to NR in 2014.

Hopefully someone can correct me if im wrong about anything here.

There's a state written exam in Mass?
Not talking about the NR are you

I took it about 2 months ago and remember <5 questions.
