Name discrepancy on EMT course cert vs NREMT card, etc...

The course I graduated from didn't put my middle name on the cert, but that cert is the only thing I need to send in to be certified for LA County. BUUUT my driver's license, NREMT card, and basically everything have my middle name or initial. I added my initial to the LA country cert application, but will they accept my course completion cert that doesn't have my middle name or initial??

They are gonna be the best people to ask rather than us; They are the one processing your application. Give them a call or wait it out. Most places usually will not care about the middle initial or name.
