I thought I'd post this as a reminder to you all of just how important crossing your t's and dotting your i's, on patient report forms is.
And also as an Emergency Service worker, to retain in your memory all that you notice at a murder scene!
Because you just never know what the future holds, with regards to that case.
The following link is of a murder case that happen almost 15 years ago...
A friend of mine who was a Chief Ambulance Officer, RN and Paramedic...
has yet again been recalled to court as a witness for the Crown.
The case is about, 5 family members that were found died in a house...
with one son still alive..my friend was the first EMS person on the scene.
The son was conflicted of the murders sent to prison...then acquitted, set free and now has to go through the trail again,
because of the strong evidence against him and issues within the case.
Although my friend is no longer in the EMS....his still has to answer to the courts.

I hope that you never have to deal with such a case.
I'm just wanted to make you aware that things like this can and do happen.
Cheers Enjoynz
