Moving to Baltimore

Hi. I am moving to baltimore from Germany in about 3 months, does any one know if there is any volli service in the area of Catonsville, MD? If you do please let me know. I will be living there because I am going to be a US Army recruiter and I want to do some EMT-B valli time while im there. I am NREMTB certified do I need to get a state cert before I can work? Thanks for the help.
 
Here's a list of career and volunteer stations from baltimore county. I think you're closest is arbutus, station 35. Catonsville is only a few miles from arbutus, 3.4 according to google so it shouldn't be too far. Hope that helps :)
