So a few years ago I took a course here in South Florida for EMT-B through Barry University. It was good, but definitely not the greatest. For the most part it ended up being the course I chose because it had a more convenient class time schedule since I was working part time as well. Well shortly after the course ended I was studying for NREMT but ended up having to get a full time job and solely focusing on my full time job and working long hours because I really needed the money. Life got in the way and I've come to realize I missed the window to take the NREMT and need to retake the course. Has this happened to anyone? Any suggestions on a different course to take in FL?
