Oops, totally overlooked that. Yea, ARCH is in Missouri if I'm not mistaken. But mercy air does do ride alongs, at least out of their Mojave base.

I don't have any first hand knowledge of how the ride alongs get set up, but I know several guys that have flown with them for a day.
