For you physicians/administrators, etc out there, what's reasonable pay for an EMS physician that wants to be an active director?
-What's reasonable expected hours/pay for BLS only? (this is for 18,000 calls a year)
-expected hour/pay for ALS? (this is for 25,000 calls a year)?
I'd like to be able to be an involved director, but don't want to be lowballed either.
