Medic program in Frederick md?

I did a quick search of medic programs around Frederick md and it listed the community college as having one. It said the AA in emergency management was what it had, just wondering if this is what I'm lookin for because I'm more familiar with either a stand alone program or a 2 year degree that actually states in its title that it is a paramedic program. I just wanted to double check this wasn't like a managers degree for emts or something? Anyone have any thoughts on this school and program?
