Hey all, I'm new to this site, but looking for some great help. I'm currently a student at SPC. I'm going to be doing EMT training here soon likely followed by more training. My question is this. Is it too much to be an EMT (or paramedic if I have the training) and a National Guard medic at the same time?
I want to do both, but am worried about just not having enough time.. Any info helps. Wish I had more specifics, thanks!

A National Guard 68W is actually a nationally registered EMT as well. If you start with your NREMT, then you get to skip some of the training.

National Guard anything, by definition, is very, very part-time. Youll be fine doing both.
