Mark's Law introduced to help first responders

A New York State Senator has introduced a bill that would add EMTs and firefighters to the state's first degree murder statute. Our Brian Dwyer has been following this story for more than two years now. As he reports, the family of murdered Cape Vincent EMT Mark Davis is hopeful this change to the law will prevent future tragedies.
